GRAPE VARIETY: Garganega
PRODUCTION TECNIQUE
Made from the ripest Garganega grapes,which have a higt concentration of a natural sugar. After the harvest thei are laid out on wooden racks in a cold, dry, well ventilated loft colled " i fruttai", which allows the air to circulated around the individual grapes. In mid-Febrary following the harvest the dried grapes are pressed using traditional methods and than given a long fermentation, to produce a rich and sweet wine with great finess, "il Magnifico
Recioto".
THE CHARACTERICS OF THE WINE
A rich golden color, and strong persistent fruity bouquet. Full and exquisitely balaced on the palate, and with a long aftertaste of great finesse.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Ideal with dessert, cakes, cheese and foie-gras.
