PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE
The 100% of the carbonic soaking most with whole grape allow it to has
low acid and particular aroma. Gently press and red fermentation with
controlled temperature, thanks to these technics this wine conserve
enjoyable fruits aroma and become wine in advanced of the rest of the classics
wines.
THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WINE
A lively ligth ruby colour, with a delicate wood fruits perfume. Fresh
taste, dry and armonic.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Wine for the whole meal which goes well together with white meats and cheeses,
raccomended with the chestnuts, the tipical and traditional fruit of the fall.
